Join and contribute to the Working Group on Skills and Talents in the Space Economy, a strategic project developed by the European Space Agency (ESA) in partnership with TEHA Group and part of the project “ESA Skills Digital Twin Initiative: Understanding current and future skills and competencies needs in the European space ecosystem”.
This working group brings together key stakeholders involved in developing future talent and shaping the emergence of new skills across the European space ecosystem, including industry players, educational and training institutions, research centers, and policymakers. The session will focus on identifying current and future skills and competency needs, while addressing the structural, technological, and organizational transformations that are reshaping the space economy.
