ESA Future Skills Executive Roundtable: preparing the Human Capital of Tomorrow
Join us for the Final Event of the ESA Skills Digital Twin Initiative, led by the European Space Agency (ESA) in partnership with TEHA Group. This initiative is a strategic research project aiming at mapping the current European space workforce and forecasting future talent requirements through a data-driven "digital twin" model.
The event starts with the presentation of the White Paper “ESA Skills Digital Twin Initiative: Understanding current and future skills and competencies needs in the European space ecosystem”, providing a comprehensive overview of Europe’s evolving talent landscape.
Throughout the event, experts from industry, research, education, and policy will explore the challenges and opportunities related to current and future skills, addressing both the space sector and the wider European technology ecosystem. The sessions will focus on identifying emerging competency needs, understanding the impact of technological and organizational transformations, and fostering strategies to develop the talent required to drive Europe’s innovation and growth.
The event will conclude with a networking lunch, providing participants with the opportunity to connect, exchange insights, and build collaborations to support the future of skills in Europe.
